possibly not. does it matter ? more to the point, who cares ? it uses javascript; if you have it turned off in your browser, then the pages are going to look like a squashed shoebox. an animated (circa 1.7 mb) file is played back. it certainly uses layering. in some cases, fixed fonts. it is also graphics-driven. if you look hard enough, there's even one of those annoying little pop-up windows.

apologies to anyone who is unable to view the site; it is not a deliberate intention. the html doesn't validate, the dhtml is down-rated and the xhtml, quite frankly, is shocking.

whatever your opinions (...and please send them if you like), I'm sure you'll agree this site is anything but a bog-standard one...
